Tyler was just 3 months old when he died. His father was
angry because the baby would not stop crying. He shook him,
causing the baby to die from shaken baby syndrome.

Eric J. Coffey, 21 years old pleaded guilty to second degree
murder with the condition that he serve no more than 20 years.
UPDATE.... Eric was placed on probation
